Honey Mustard

Whole grain honey mustard, Mild slightly sweet mustard, ideal as a base for a smooth salad dressing. Also great to marinate, for example, pork chops. 		 

Chives Mustard

Whole Grain Chives mustard, Fresh zesty mustard with a scent of onion. Perfect mustard for your, different, hot dog or as foundation of a great onion soup. 		 
    

Garlic Mustard

Whole grain mustard with a lot of Garlic! Excellent with cheese or snacks. Furthermore very good to “spice up” your minced meat.
 		 

Pepper Mustard

Whole grain pepper mustard. Extra peppery mustard with three different pepper varieties. Add it to old cheese or grilled meat.
 
    

Traditional Mustard

This “basic” whole grain mustard is a perfect base for meat, salad or soup preparation. Of course also very delicious with cheese.

 

Dill Mustard

Whole grain mustard with honey and dill tips. Mild, sweet with typical dill taste. Delicious as base of a (warm) sauce for a whitefish dish. Of cours excellent with (grilled) salmon.		 
    

Devils Mustard   

Whole grain mustard, hot and spicy to add to cheese snacks and to spice up your grilled meat.

 

Cranberry Mustard

Whole grain mustard with honey and wild cranberries. Mild, sweet perfect with game meat or to create a warm sauce. In the summer great as foundation for your sweet salad dressing.
 
    

Estragon Mustard

Whole grain mustard, ideal to use for Estragon- mustard sauce, tasty with all types of white meat

 

Monk Mustard

A zesty mustard based on the well known Dijon mustard. Great with cheese and snacks		 
    

“Cheese” mustard

The name may be a little confusing since there is no cheese in this smooth mustard. This mild sweet variation is specially developed to go with any kind of cheese.		 

Basil Pesto Mustard

Whole grain mustard with basil and pesto. A delicate combination to start with in your Mediterranean salad dressing. Also a very delicious base for a warm asparagus sauce.		 
    

Honey Thyme Mustard

Whole grain mustard with the wonderful combination of honey and thyme. Perfect base for a warm sauce with asparagus or lamb meat.

 

Balsamic Mustard

Whole grain mustard combined with oak wood matured balsamic vinegar from Modena. Ideal component for a marinade furthermore great with older cheese .		 
    

Tomato Mustard with Basil

Smooth mustard, mild and sweet with a touch of basil. Delicious to spice up your tomato soup, or to mix through minced meat.

 

Fig Mustard

Smooth mustard mild and sweet with typical fruity fig flavour. Perfect with any type of cheese, as a salad dressing base or with pâté.
